Bleikristallfabrik Beyer & Co. Das Vergabeverfahren ist Bestandteil des Sanierungsvorhabens der ehemaligen Bleikristallfabrik Beyer & Co. - Bereich Connemara. Das Bauvorhaben befindet sich in der Baptist-Kraus-Straße 5 in 92665 Altenstadt a.d. Waldnaab. Für das ehemalige Fabrikgelände wurde ein Gesamtkonzept entwickelt, wonach in einem ersten Schritt der nördliche Bereich zwischen dem Betriebsgelände und der Werksdeponie revitalisiert werden soll. Für das Sanierungsvorhaben wurde zum Zwecke der Verkürzung der Angebotsfrist gemäß § 12 EU Abs. 1 Nr. 2 VOB/A eine Vorinformation im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) unter der Veröffentlichungsnummer 218281-2026 am 30. März 2026 veröffentlicht. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind die in der Vorinformation unter Ziffer 5.1. Los: LOT-0007 bezeichneten Trockenbauarbeiten. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst beim Hauptgebäude das Errichten von Trennwänden, Vorsatzschalen, abgehängten Decken und Verkleidung des Dachstuhls. Die geschätzte Laufzeit für die Trockenbauarbeiten inkl. Vorhaltezeit beträgt in etwa vier (4) Monate. Die Laufzeit des Vertrags kann sich je nach Verlauf der Vergabeverfahren verschieben. Das Vorhaben wird teilweise aus Mitteln der Europäischen Union gefördert.
