Die Stadtwerke Prenzlau planen, die Nutzung von geothermischer Energie für die Fernwärmeversorgung zu reaktivieren. Im Jahr 2025 wurden für die Umsetzung des Projektes dafür eine Injektionsbohrung ertüchtigt und eine Förderbohrung abgeteuft. Die Anlage wird an zwei Standorten errichtet. Der Standort an der Förderbohrung mit Bohrungskopfabdeckung und der Heizzentrale mit Wärmeübertragern und Wärmepumpen befindet sich in am Thomas-Müntzer-Platz 4, 17291 Prenzlau. Der zweite Standort an der Injektionsbohrung mit Bohrungskopfabdeckung und Filtergebäude befindet sich in der Straße Am Krankenhaus, 17291 Prenzlau. Beide Standorte sind über befestigte Straßen zugänglich. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die verfahrenstechnische und elektrotechnische Auslegung der Geothermieanlage und Thermalwassertrasse. Die Hauptstandorte des Systems sind Bohrkeller und Heizzentrale am Bohrstandort Gt Prenzlau 4 (Thomas-Müntzer-Platz 4) und Filterhaus und Bohrkeller an Gt Prenzlau 3/89 (Am Krankenhaus), verbunden über eine Thermalwassertrasse. Ziel des Projektes ist die Bereitstellung von Heizwärme über eine Wärmepumpenanlage unter Nutzung der geothermischen Energie des Untergrunds.  Allgemeine Hinweise: Die Erstellung der Bohrungen einschließlich des Bohrungskopfes ist Teil einer separaten Ausschreibung, Schnittstelle sind die Anschlussflansche zu den Bohrlochköpfen bzw. die Kabeldurchführung durch diese.  Der Hochbau der beschriebenen Gebäude ist Teil eines separaten Loses.  Die Tiefenpumpe, der Step-up Transformator und Frequenzumrichter sowie deren elektrotechnische Installation sind Teil einer separaten Ausschreibung. Die Verkabelung von Transformator und Frequenzumrichter sind Teil dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses.  Die erdverlegten Trassen zur Verbindung der Standorte sowie deren Verlegung sind Teil einer separaten Ausschreibung. Schnittstelle sind die Anschlussflansche zu erdverlegten Rohrleitungen innerhalb der Gebäudeschächte. Die Verkabelung zwischen Leckdrahtsystemen und deren Überwachungseinheit sind Teil dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses.

### Lot LOT-0005: Lüftung, Sanitär und Kälteanlagen

Beschreibung Los 5: Lüftung, Sanitär und Kälteanlagen  Sanitärtechnik: - Erstellung einer Kaltwasserinstallation zur Versorgung eines Arbeitswaschbeckens inklusive einer automatischen Hygienespüleinrichtung.  - Installation einer frostsicheren Außenzapfstelle mit C-Kupplung. - Anschluss von Entwässerungsgegenständen und Kondensatleitungen der Klimasplit-geräte an die Schmutzwasser-Grundleitung.  Kältetechnik: - Errichtung einer Split-Kälteanlage mit zwei Außengeräten und zwölf Innengeräten im Verbundbetrieb (Redundanz-/Primärregelung). - Kühlung einer Technikhalle sowie sechs weiterer Technikräume mit einer Gesamtkühllast von ca. 62 kW.  Lüftungstechnik: - Temperaturgesteuerte Abluftsysteme über Dachventilatoren für zwei Traforäume. - Dezentrales Lüftungsgerät mit Wärmerückgewinnung (WRG) für den FU-/Step-Up-Traforaum (Fassadenanschluss). - Ammoniak-überwachte Notlüftungsanlage mit zeitgesteuerter Grundlüftung für den Wärmepumpenraum.
