Sämtliche Gebäude sind schadstoffbelastet und werden zum Zeitpunkt des Abbruchs schadstofffrei sein. Die Schadstoffsanierung wurde im Januar 2025 begonnen und endet im Sommer 2026. Die Planungen zum Abbruch werden aktuell durchgeführt. Dazu wurde u.a. ein Konzept über die Tiefenentrümmerung von Gebäudeteilen entwickelt und liegt dieser Ausschreibung als Anlage bei.
