Ziel dieses Präqualifikationsverfahrens ist es, EPC-Dienstleister zu präqualifizieren, welche die diesem Verfahren zugrunde liegenden Leistungsbeschreibungen für Großbatteriespeicher (BESS) - Projektentwicklung, EPC-Errichtung sowie Betrieb und Wartung (O&M)  vollumfänglich abdecken. Auf diese Weise erhalten die Partnerunternehmen (Beteiligungsunternehmen) der Thüga-Gruppe die Möglichkeit, BESS Projekte vollständig durch präqualifizierte EPC-Dienstleister realisieren zu lassen.
