Glattstellung der offenen Positionen für das Strom- und Gasportfolio der Energiedienste der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart GmbH (kurz: EDS). Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt hierbei insbesondere Leistungen der Prognoseerstellung, der Ermittlung und Bewirtschaftung offener Positionen, des Bilanzkreis- und Fahrplan bzw. Nominierungsmanagements sowie weitere energiewirtschaftliche Unterstützungs- und Serviceleistungen. Die Einzelheiten des Leistungsumfangs ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 3 zum Bewerbermemorandum). Die in der Leistungsbeschreibung als Pflichtleistungen gekennzeichneten Anforderungen stellen Mindestanforderungen an die Leistungserbringung dar und sind vom Auftragnehmer vollständig zu erfüllen. Angebote, die die geforderten Pflichtleistungen nicht erfüllen, können von der Wertung ausgeschlossen werden. Die in der Leistungsbeschreibung als zusätzliche Leistungen bezeichneten Leistungsbestandteile sind dagegen nicht zwingend anzubieten. Soweit solche Leistungen von den Bietern angeboten werden, fließen sie nach Maßgabe der Vergabeunterlagen im Rahmen der Angebotswertung als qualitative Zuschlagskriterien in die Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebots ein.
