Der Fuhrpark besteht aktuell aus 19 Poolfahrzeugen (6 Eigentumsfahrzeuge, 13 Leasingfahrzeuge) der Marken Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen und Ford. Der Beschaffungsumfang umfasst die Ausstattung und softwareseitige Implementierung von initial 19 Poolfahrzeugen. Die Vergabestelle behält sich das Recht vor, das System während der Vertragslaufzeit optional um weitere Fahrzeuge zu den gleichen Konditionen zu erweitern auf maximal 25 Fahrzeuge. Zusätzlich befinden sich 4 E-bikes und 3 Anhänger im Fuhrpark. Diese sollen ebenfalls gebucht und Verwaltet werden können. Ziel ist es, den administrativen Aufwand bei der Fahrzeugdisposition zu eliminieren, Leasinglaufzeiten und -kilometer proaktiv zu überwachen, die Schlüsselübergabe komplett zu automatisieren und die gefahrenen Kilometer fälschungssicher zu dokumentieren.
