Er bereitet einen belastbaren Baubeginn sowie sinnvolle vorgezogene Vergaben und Baumaßnahmen vor. Der GP verbindet den vorhandenen Rohbau und die bereits ausgeführte Technische Ausrüstung im 2. UG mit der neuen RLT-Konzeption, der neuen Genehmigungsplanung, den S2-Bereichen, den gebäudeweiten Vorhaltungen für den gesonderten GMP-Ausbau sowie der vollständigen Laborplanung. Diese umfasst die Laborplanung KG 470 für labortechnische Anlagen, Bench-Systeme, Labormöbel und feste Laboreinrichtungen. Hinzu kommt die projektspezifische besondere Geräte- und Ausstattungsplanung KG 610/620 für Table-Top-, Groß-, Spezial- und Bestandsgeräte einschließlich gerätescharfer Listen, Medienanschlüsse, Einbringung sowie Bedien- und Wartungsflächen. UKF und GP arbeiten transparent, entscheidungsorientiert und partnerschaft-lich zusammen. Videokonferenzen und Inspacion gehören zu den regulären Arbeitskanälen. Das UKF stellt sein fachlich starkes Projektteam, die Inspa-cion-Volllizenz und den VR- und Abstimmungsraum bereit. Vertragliche Verantwortungen, Weisungswege und Freigaben bleiben eindeutig. Der Generalplaner, nachfolgend GP, plant und koordiniert den Ausbau der Geschosse 1 bis 4.
