### Lot LOT-0000: SV-KWE-261103-004 - TW - Geothermie Michaelibad - Wärmestation - Spezialtiefbau Baugrube

Am Standort Michaelibad (Heinrich-Wieland-Str. 16, München-Ramersdorf) wird ein neues Tiefengeothermieprojekt umgesetzt. Die Baugrube für ein späteres Gebäude (sog. Wärmestation) ist hierzu zu errichten. 
Die Grundfläche der Baugrube beträgt ca. 2.250 m². Die Aushubtiefe liegt ca. 16,3 m unter GOK.
Der Verbau besteht größtenteils aus rückverankerten und ausgesteiften Schlitzwänden. Ein ab GOK auskragender Gebäudeteil erhält eine Tiefgründung.

Wesentliche Leistungen sind:
\- ca. 37.300 m³ Aushub und Entsorgung
\- ca. 6.300 m² Schlitzwand,  Tiefe ca. 32m
\- ca. 120 m² Trägerbohlverbau
\- ca. 1.200 lfm Bohrpfähle (zur Tiefgründung)
\- ca. 220 bauzeitliche Verpressanker
\- ca. 570 Mikropfähle zur Auftriebssicherung
\- Wasserhaltung

\- zentrale BE (Strom, Wasser, Container, Einfriedung/Überwachung usw.) wird bauseits gestellt
