Ziel des Vorhabens ist der erfolgreiche Aufbau und Betrieb eines Forschungs- und Technologietransferzentrums, das die Entwicklung und Produktion von defossilierten Kraftstoffen im Rheinischen Revier ermöglicht. Für die geplanten Forschungsaufgaben ist weiterer Raum in Form von Laborflächen, sowie eine Erweiterung des Bestandsgebäudes "Synlight" um eine Vormontagemöglichkeit zur Entwicklung und Erprobung von Technologien zur Erzeugung dieser Kraftstoffe, erforderlich. Das "Synlight" beinhaltet eine künstliche Sonne, welche genutzt wird, um verschiedenste Versuchsaufbauten unter kontrollierten Bedingungen zu bestrahlen und zu analysieren. Für die Umsetzung des Projektes soll eine Generalplanung ausgeschrieben werden, welche die Planung für die folgenden Leistungen entsprechend der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure übernehmen soll: - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (alle Anlagengruppen) einschließlich Laborplanung - Fachplanung Tragwerk inkl.
