### Lot LOT-0001: SG Zeven - KuBiZ Zeven - Sanitär- und Heizungstechnik

Die ehemalige Grundschule Klostergang wird zu einem Kultur- und Bildungszentrum (KuBiZ) mit Bibliothek, Volkshochschule, Archiv, Aula und zentralem Foyer umgebaut. Ein neuer gemeinsamer Haupteingang führt in das mittig angeordnete Foyer, das beide Gebäude verbindet. Durch große Verglasungen öffnet sich dieser Bereich zum Platz hin und bildet einen hellen, kommunikativen Mittelpunkt des Ensembles.  Der Holländertrakt wird zu einer zweigeschossigen Bibliothek umfunktioniert. Die vorhandene Struktur bleibt weitgehend erhalten, die Dachkonstruktion wird erneuert und die Fassade gedämmt und mit einer neuen Klinkerriemchen-WDVS-Fassade versehen. Bodentiefe Fenster schaffen einen direkten Bezug zum Außenraum. Entlang der Fassaden entstehen Lese- und Aufenthaltsbereiche, die den Blick auf die umliegende Umgebung ermöglichen. Eine zentrale Innentreppe mit Luftraum verbindet Erdgeschoss und Souterrain und optimiert die räumliche Nutzung.  Im Gebäude der ehemaligen Schule Klostergang entstehen die Räume für die Volkshochschule und das Museumsarchiv. Das bestehende Ziegelmauerwerk wird gereinigt und instandgesetzt. Die alten Fenster werden durch thermisch getrennte Stahlfenster mit schmalen Profilen und einer vertikalen Teilung ersetzt, die die historische Gliederung aufgreifen und zugleich ein zeitgemäßes Erscheinungsbild ermöglichen. Das Treppenhaus wird erweitert, um die brandschutztechnischen Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Ein verglaster Verbindungsgang im Erdgeschoss stellt die direkte Anbindung an das neue Foyer her.  Der Außenbereich wird neu gestaltet und zu einem nutzungsorientierten Garten entwickelt, der unmittelbar an Foyer, Aula und Bibliothek anschließt. Ein Lesegarten, ein Schachbereich, Spielflächen und Grünzonen schaffen vielfältige Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Der zentrale Platz zwischen Klosterkirche, Museum, Kindergarten und KuBiZ erhält durch eine neue Baumgruppe eine klar definierte Mitte und stärkt die räumliche Verbindung innerhalb des historischen Umfelds.  Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Installation der Sanitär- und Heizungstechnik.
