Der geplante Standort befindet sich in der Hohen Straße in 08289 Schneeberg. Die Anlage dient der Speicherung elektrischer Energie und der bedarfsgerechten Rückeinspeisung in das Mittelspannungsnetz. Der Speicher wird am Energiemarkt als sogenannter „Graustromspeicher“ betrieben und nutzt verschiedene Vermarktungskanäle. Die Anlage soll in modularer Bauweise auf dem vorgesehenen Grundstück errichtet werden. Die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und die Übergabe in betriebsfertigem Zustand obliegen dem Generalunternehmer (GU) oder von Ihm beauftragten Unternehmen. Der BESS wird gemäß den gültigen technischen Regeln, Normen und Vorschriften errichtet, insbesondere nach VDE-AR-N 4110 (Technische Anschlussregeln Mittelspannung) sowie den einschlägigen DIN-, EN- und VDE-Bestimmungen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Errichtung einer Batteriespeicheranlage inkl. Übergabe-Trafostation, einschließlich nachfolgender Leistungen: • Konzept- und Detailplanung, Ausführungsplanung, Berechnungen, Konstruktion sowie Terminplanung/-überwachung, • Montage aller angebotenen Komponenten • Baustelleneinrichtung • Kabelwegeausbau für die vom AN zu verlegenden Kabel • Mittelspannungsverkabelung inkl. Kabelprüfung (ab Übergabepunkt/NVP) • Übergabestation • mit Mittelspannungsschaltanlage (SF6 frei) • übergeordneter Entkupplungsschutz • Beleuchtung und Steckdosen • Messung Mittelspannung • EZA-Regler • Transformator (Außenaufstellung möglich) • inkl. Niederspannungsverteilung (NS-Verteilung) • zwischengelagerter Entkupplungsschutz • Energiemanagementsystem (EMS) • BESS • inkl.
