### Lot LOT-0000: Oberst-Hermann-Kaserne, Eutin, Erschließung Liegenschaftserweiterung, Verkehrsanlagen

Im Rahmen dieser Maßnahme soll die Liegenschaftserweiterung erschlossen werden. Auf der momentan noch landwirtschaftlich genutzten Fläche soll zukünftig u.a. der Neubau Geländebetreuung, neue Sportanlagen und Infrastruktur für das Ausbildungszentrum entstehen. Da der Flächenzuwachs größer ausfällt, als es die bereits bewilligten Bedarfe erfordern, werden zukünftig weitere noch festzulegende Bedarfe in der Liegenschaftserweiterung gedeckt werden können. Es ist somit zum einen die Erschließung für die bereits vorgesehenen Baumaßnahmen zu realisieren und zum anderen eine Erweiterung der Erschließung in die Fläche vorzubereiten. 
Die Erschließung umfasst neben der Zuwegung in die Fläche, die Einfriedung, die Anbindung von Strom, Trink-, Lösch- und Abwasser, als auch das IT-Netz und die Liegenschaftsabsicherung. Darüber hinaus ist für die Erweiterungsfläche eine eigenständige Wärmeversorgung zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, einschließlich des erforderlichen Gebäudes für eine zentrale Wärmeversorgung.
Weiterhin sind die Planungsleistungen für diese Maßnahme nach der BIM-Methodik zu erstellen.
