Es werden die Planungsleistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für Gebäude für folgende Anlagengruppen in Anlehnung an die HOAI 2021 vergeben: 1. Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen, 2. Wärmeversorgungsanlagen 3. Lufttechnische Anlagen, 6. Förderanlagen, 7. nutzungsspezifische Anlagen u. verfahrenstechnische Anlagen 8. Gebäudeautomation Die Leistungsbilder der Objekt-, Tragwerks-, Energie-, Gleisbau-, Ingenieurbau- und Abbruchplanung sowie die BMA-Planung werden durch die Hamburger Hochbahn AG separat beauftragt. Die Integration der weiteren Fachplanungen im facheigenen Planungs- und Bauprozess ist Aufgabe des Planers.
