Gegenstand der hier ausgeschriebenen Fachplanungsleistungen für Technische Ausrüstung gem. §52 Abs. 2 HOAI ist der An- und Umbau des Bürgerzentrums Steinbergkirche im Rahmen der Städtebauförderung. Zu erbringen sind Planungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Technische Ausrüstung §§53-56 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 15. Zu erbringen sind die Leistungsphasen 1-9.
