Ziel ist die vollständige Außerbetriebnahme des Leitungsabschnitts durch weitgehende Entfernung des vorhandenen Erdgases und anschließende Befüllung mit Stickstoff als Inertgas. Die Maßnahme betrifft ei-nen ca. 97 km langen Leitungsabschnitt der Nennweite DN 1000 und soll im September 2027 durchgeführt werden. Dieser Auftrag unterliegt dem Bundestariftreuegesetz (BTTG) vom 30.04.2026 (BGBl. 2026 I Nr. 119). Bieter werden darauf hingewiesen, dass die Ausführung dieses Auftrags an die Ver-pflichtung geknüpft ist, den eingesetzten Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmern mindestens die tariflichen Arbeitsbedingungen zu gewähren, die in einer gemäß § 5 BTTG für die ausge-führten Tätigkeiten einschlägigen Rechtsverordnung festgesetzt sind. Mit Angebotsabgabe ist eine entsprechende Erklärung (Tariftreueversprechen) abzugeben.
