### From the notice

Gegenstand ist ein Rahmenvertrag mit bis zu drei Rahmenvertragspartnern über überwiegend konzeptionelle, methodische und organisatorische IT-Beratungsleistungen sowie Workshops und Innovationsimpulse. 
Der Abruf von Leistungen erfolgt individuell im Rahmen eines wettbewerblichen Abrufs (Miniwettbewerb) zwischen allen Vertragspartnern. 

Zusätzlich behält sich der Auftraggeber das Recht vor, Aufträge nach Eignung zu vergeben. Die Leistung wird grundsätzlich über Einzelabrufe konkretisiert. 
Der Einzelabruf beschreibt Ausgangslage, Ziel, einschlägige Leistungsfelder, erwartete Ergebnisobjekte, benötigte Rollenprofile, konkrete fachliche Anforderungen, Zeitraum, Aufwand, Mitwirkungspflichten und Bewertungsschwerpunkte.

\- Weiterentwicklung eines serviceorientierten und steuerbaren IT-Managements.

\- Entwicklung belastbarer Zielbilder, Governance-, Betriebs- und Zusammenarbeitsmodelle.

\- Vorbereitung nachvollziehbarer Management- und Investitionsentscheidungen.

\- Stärkung von Servicekatalog, Ownership, KPI-, Review- und Verbesserungslogik.

\- Konzeptionelle Unterstützung in Architektur-, Sourcing-, Provider-, Security-, Resilienz- und CRM-nahen Themen.

\- Befähigung der SBK-Mitarbeiter durch Wissenstransfer, dokumentierte Ergebnisse und geeignete Enablement-Maßnahmen.

\- Begrenzte transitionsnahe Unterstützung bis zu einem definierten Übergabe-, Abnahme- oder Stabilisierungszeitpunkt.
