Gleichzeitig soll eine Kindertageseinrichtung als Außenstelle einer bestehenden Einrichtung für drei U3-Gruppen entstehen. Das auf dem Gelände stehende denkmalgeschützte Haus Kern soll in das Ensemble integriert werden. Das Raumprogramm des neuen Rathauses umfasst eine geschätzte Bruttogrundrissfläche von ca. 2000 m². Für die Kindertageseinrichtung ergibt sich auf Grundlage des Raumprogramms eine Bruttogrundrissfläche von ca. 600 m². In der ersten Verfahrensstufe erfolgt der Teilnahmewettbewerb. Die eingegangenen Teilnahmeanträge werden auf Vollständigkeit sowie auf die Erfüllung der bekannt gemachten Mindestanforderungen geprüft. Bewerber, die die Mindestanforderungen erfüllen, gelten als grundsätzlich geeignet. Sofern die Anzahl der geeigneten Bewerber die vorgesehene Zahl der zur zweiten Verfahrensstufe einzuladenden Bewerber übersteigt, erfolgt eine Auswahl anhand der bekannt gemachten Eignungskriterien und der hierzu eingereichten Nachweise, ggf. ist ein Losverfahren durchzuführen, sofern die weitere Differenzierung anhand der vorgelegten Eignungsnachweise nicht möglich ist. Die Bewertung erfolgt anhand der in diesen Vergabeunterlagen veröffentlichten Eignungskriterien. Zur zweiten Verfahrensstufe werden die fünf punktbesten Bewerber eingeladen. Die zur zweiten Verfahrensstufe eingeladenen Bewerber erhalten die vollständigen Vergabeunterlagen einschließlich des Raumprogramms sowie weiterer projektbezogener Planungsgrundlagen.
