Der Leistungsumfang umfasst darüber hinaus die Bereitstellung von Wartungs-, Pflege- und Supportleistungen sowie die Durchführung einer unterjährigen, vollständigen Migration des Datenbestands aus dem derzeit eingesetzten System "CIP" in das angebotene System. Die angebotene Lösung muss alle relevanten Fachprozesse des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens in einer integrierten Gesamtlösung medienbruchfrei und rechtssicher abbilden. Die Migration hat vollständig, revisionssicher, nachvollziehbar, konsistent und verlustfrei zu erfolgen. Hierbei sind sowohl Stamm- als auch Bewegungsdaten einschließlich historischer Datenbestände, Auswertungen und erforderlicher Verfahrensdokumentationen zu berücksichtigen. Ziel ist die Einführung einer leistungsfähigen, wirtschaftlichen und langfristig tragfähigen Lösung, die eine hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Zukunftssicherheit sowie die Einhaltung aller aktuellen gesetzlichen, fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen gewährleistet.
