### From the notice

Die vorliegende Ausschreibung hat die Betriebsführung zur Abwicklung der Beschaffungsmaßnahmen 
zum Inhalt. 
Da die Beschaffungsaktivitäten abgeschlossen sind, fokussieren sich die Aufgaben des Betriebsführers 
hauptsächlich auf die Abwicklung der Verträge über die Beschaffung von medizinischen Verbrauchs- 
und Versorgungsgütern mit Aufgaben in Deutschland und teilweise China. Dazu gehört auch die finale 
Dokumentation abgeschlossener Beschaffungsvorgänge sowie die Koordination der erforderlichen Lo-
gistikaufgaben und die Kommunikation mit den Vertragspartnern. Zudem sind unterstützende Leis-
tungen im Zusammenhang mit rechtlichen sowie zoll- und steuerrechtlichen Aufgaben zu erbringen. 
Entsprechende Ressourcen für die Wahrnehmung der vorgenannten Aufgaben stehen im BMG nicht 
zur Verfügung. Da es sich bei der Beschaffung und deren Abwicklung nicht um eine originäre Aufgabe 
des BMG handelt und daher die Tätigkeit nur für einen begrenzten Zeitraum erfolgt, ist die Schaffung 
eigener dauerhafter Strukturen nicht angezeigt.

Die vorliegende Ausschreibung hat die Betriebsführung zur Abwicklung der Beschaffungsmaßnahmen 
zum Inhalt. 
Da die Beschaffungsaktivitäten abgeschlossen sind, fokussieren sich die Aufgaben des Betriebsführers 
hauptsächlich auf die Abwicklung der Verträge über die Beschaffung von medizinischen Verbrauchs- 
und Versorgungsgütern mit Aufgaben in Deutschland und teilweise China. Dazu gehört auch die finale 
Dokumentation abgeschlossener Beschaffungsvorgänge sowie die Koordination der erforderlichen Lo-
gistikaufgaben und die Kommunikation mit den Vertragspartnern. Zudem sind unterstützende Leis-
tungen im Zusammenhang mit rechtlichen sowie zoll- und steuerrechtlichen Aufgaben zu erbringen. 
Entsprechende Ressourcen für die Wahrnehmung der vorgenannten Aufgaben stehen im BMG nicht 
zur Verfügung. Da es sich bei der Beschaffung und deren Abwicklung nicht um eine originäre Aufgabe 
des BMG handelt und daher die Tätigkeit nur für einen begrenzten Zeitraum erfolgt, ist die Schaffung 
eigener dauerhafter Strukturen nicht angezeigt.
