### Lot LOT-0001: Vergabe von Lieferungs-, Beratungs- und Umsetzungsleistungen zur Einführung und Integration einer Abfallwirtschaftssoftware für den Landkreis Schmalkalden-Meiningen

(1) Der zu vergebende Auftrag umfasst die Erstellung eines Gesamtsystems für die Abfallwirtschaft im Landkreis Schmalkalden-Meiningen.  Die Abfallwirtschaftssoftware als zentrales Element für die Abwicklung der abfallwirtschaftlichen Leistungen dient insbesondere der: - Abwicklung des gesamten Prozesses der Gebührenveranlagung - Abwicklung von Aufträgen - Interaktion mit den Bürgen/Kunden (Online-Dienste).  Eine wesentliche Besonderheit für das System ist, dass stichtagsbezogen die bestehenden Daten (u.a. Stammdaten, Behälterdaten) aus dem heutigen System zu integrieren sind. (2) Die auszuschreibende Leistung umfasst die folgenden Leistungen: - Lieferung eines Softwaresystems inkl. aller dazugehörigen Zugriffslizenzen - Anbindung / Schnittstellen zu Vorsystemen und zu nachgelagerten Systemen  - Anbindung / Schnittstellen zu operativ tätigen Unternehmen / Bereichen - Einführung, Migration und Customizing > Vorlage eines detaillierten Feinkonzeptes für die Durchführung  der Leistungen > Installation des Systems > Customizing des Systems  > Migration von Altdaten - Weitere Leistungsbestandteile: > Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzeptes > Schulung von Mitarbeitern in der Anwendung (Key-User), Administration und im Customizing der Anwendungen > Produktivsetzung des Systems einschließlich der Durchführung von Tests > Go-Live-Support > Systemservice inkl. Pflege- und Wartungsleistungen. (3) Die Produktivsetzung ("Go-Live") ist zum 01.01.2028 vorgesehen.
