Der Auftraggeber wird den Bewerbern nach einer erfolgten Plausibilitätsprüfung, Zugang zu den Ausschreibungsunterlagen gewähren. Hieraus kann der Bewerber noch nicht ableiten, dass der Auftraggeber die Eignung des Bewerbers für die weitere Teilnahme am Ausschreibungsverfahren attestiert. Diesbezüglich wird der Auftraggeber nach Ablauf der Teilnahmeantragsfrist gesonderte Aufforderungen zur Angebotsabgabe an die für das Ausschreibungsverfahren zugelassenen Bieter übersenden.
