Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags mit einem spezialisierten Unternehmen zur skalierbaren Postproduktion von volumetrischen, 3D- und 4D-Daten. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt als externer Processing-Partner die regelmäßige Verarbeitung variabler Datenmengen im Bereich: -Cleanup und Optimierung volumetrischer Rohdaten -Mesh-basierte Rekonstruktion -Erstellung und Optimierung von 4D Gaussian Splatting Datensätzen -Diffusion- und LoRA-basiertes Training -KI-Training -Performance-Optimierung für XR-/VR-Anwendungen  Die Leistungen werden auf Abruf erbracht und mengenbasiert (z. B. pro Minute verarbeiteten Materials oder pro GPU-Tag) vergütet. Das Volumen kann monatlich variieren. Ziel ist es, eine flexible, technisch führende Processing-Struktur zu etablieren, die es ermöglicht, volumetrische Daten in hoher Auflösung (>8K je Kamerabild, >2500 Megapixel Processing) effizient, reproduzierbar und skalierbar zu verarbeiten.  Vorgesehener Ausführungszeitraum: 23.12.2026 - 31.08.2027 - bzw. bis Vertragsende - mit der Option auf eine Verlängerung. Die Gesamtlaufzeit des Vertrages kann maximal 48 Monate ab Zuschlagserteilung betragen.

### Lot LOT-0001: Rahmenvertrag zur skalierbaren Bearbeitung und Optimierung volumetrischer 3D-/4D-Daten einschließlich Gaussian Splatting und KI-basierter Verfahren

1\. Bereitstellung und Betrieb einer eigenen, produktiv eingesetzten Processing-Pipeline zur Generierung von 4D-Gaussian-Splatting-Datensätzen sowie zur meshbasierten Rekonstruktion aus hochauflösenden volumetrischen Rohdaten. Die Pipeline muss Kamerabilder mit einer Auflösung von jeweils mehr als 8K und einer Gesamtauflösung von mehr als 2.500 Megapixeln pro Frame verarbeiten können. Maßgeblich ist die Summe der Pixelauflösungen sämtlicher Kamerabilder, die zu einem Aufnahmezeitpunkt gehören. Die erzeugten Datensätze müssen eine Texturauflösung von mindestens 8.192 × 8.192 Pixeln aufweisen.  2. Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Mesh-basierten Rekonstruktionsverfahren sowie Diffusion- und LoRA-basierten Trainingspipelines zur Verbesserung von Qualität, Detailtreue und zeitlicher Konsistenz volumetrischer Daten.  3. Durchführung von Cleanup-, Upscaling- und Optimierungsprozessen zur Reduktion von Artefakten und zur Verbesserung der Texturqualität sowie Performance-Optimierung für XR-/VR-Anwendungen.  4. Enge technische Abstimmung mit Volucap zur Integration der Processing-Ergebnisse in bestehende Produktions- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen, Unterstützung von API-Anbindungen und standardisierten Datenübergabeprozessen sowie kontinuierliche Anpassung der Pipeline auf Basis von Qualitätsmetriken und Projektergebnissen.  5. Sämtliche im Rahmen des Projekts entwickelten Quellcodes, Modelle, CAD-Daten oder sonstigen geistigen Leistungen werden vollständig im Wege eines Buyouts zur ausschließlichen Nutzung an Volucap übertragen. Dies umfasst auch die im Rahmen des Projekts erstellten Trainingskonfigurationen sowie die für eine eigenständige Weiterentwicklung erforderliche technische Dokumentation. Volucap erhält das Recht, die entwickelten Software- oder Systemkomponenten eigenständig weiterzuentwickeln, zu modifizieren und unabhängig zu nutzen.  Die monatliche Infrastruktur- bzw. Grundpauschale fällt für Monate an, in denen der Auftraggeber Postproduktionsleistungen abruft. Sie umfasst die Betriebsbereitschaft der Postproduktions-Pipeline. Die abgerufenen Postproduktionsleistungen werden nach dem angebotenen Minutenpreis vergütet.
