Die Kernkompetenzen liegen im Management und der Anwendung sicherer Identitäten von Personen, Daten, Prozessen und Systemen für den hoheitlichen und behördlichen Markt sowie für mittelständische Unternehmen. Das Beratungsangebot des Auftraggebers rundet das Lösungsportfolio ab und ermöglicht die Begleitung der Kunden des Auftraggebers auf dem Weg zur sicheren digitalen Transformation. Die beim Auftraggeber vorhandene IT-Infrastruktur im Bereich der Konstruktionssoftware basiert auf Lösungen des Herstellers Autodesk. Für die bereits im Einsatz befindlichen Produkte bestehen Abonnements (Subscriptions), die verlängert werden sollen. Das Renewal der Autodesk-Abonnements ist Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. Zusätzlich erstreckt sich der ausgeschriebene Leistungsgegenstand auch auf die optionale Beschaffung zusätzlicher Subscriptions. Die Beauftragung der unter diesem Vertrag zu erbringenden Leistungen kann neben dem Auftraggeber auch durch sekundäre Auftraggeber erfolgen. Diese umfassen sämtliche mit der Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH beziehungsweise deren Tochterunternehmen gemäß §§ 15 ff. AktG verbundene Unternehmen gemäß Anlage 7 (Liste der verbundenen Unternehmen) zum Vertrag ("sekundäre Auftraggeber") und solche Unternehmen, die aus diesen Unternehmen hervorgehen. Nach aktuellem Stand kommen als sekundäre Auftraggeber neben der Bundesdruckerei GmbH damit folgende Unternehmen in Betracht: D-Trust GmbH genua GmbH iNCO Sp. z o.o.
