### From the notice

Die Stadt Bergisch Gladbach strebt in den kommenden Jahren die möglichst umfassende Umsetzung von Maßnahmen des städtischen Abwasserbeseitigungskonzeptes (ABK) und der Wasserrahmenrichtlinie (WRRL) an.  Im Zuge des ABK strebt die Stadt Bergisch Gladbach eine möglichst umfangreiche Umsetzung  verschiedener Maßnahmen an.   Das Abwasserwerk der Stadt Bergisch Gladbach betreibt im nördlichen Stadtteil Schildgen, an der  Schlebuscher Straße, das Schmutzwasserpumpwerk Hummelsheim. Das Pumpwerk liegt in einem  FFH-Gebiet (Fauna-Flora-Habitat-Gebiet). Aufgabe des Pumpwerkes ist es, die über den  Freispiegelkanal DN 300 zufließenden Abwassermengen kontinuierlich anzuheben und über eine  Druckrohrleitung DN 300 (Teilprojekt 01.01.428) in den Übergabeschacht Nittumer Weg zu fördern.   Das Schmutzwasser wird anschließend über das nachfolgende Kanalnetz der Abwasserreinigung  zugeleitet.   Das Pumpwerk Hummelsheim (Teilprojekt 01.01.427) entspricht nicht mehr dem Stand der Technik  und soll neu aufgebaut werden.  Die Druckrohrleitung DN 300 (Teilprojekt 01.01.428) soll aufgrund des Alters und unzureichender  Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten ebenfalls erneuert werden.   Für beide Maßnahmen liegen bereits die Ergebnisse aus den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 vor.  Diese sind vom AN im Zuge der weiterführenden Planung zu prüfen, weiterzuentwickeln und  umzusetzen.   Zu lokal durchzuführenden Grundwasserabsenkungen liegen die Ergebnisse aus den HOAI- Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 vor. Diese sind vom AN im Zuge der weiterführenden Planung zu prüfen,  weiterzuentwickeln und umzusetzen.   Die bisherigen Planungsergebnisse zu den Maßnahmen 01.01.427 (PW Hummelsheim, Stand  07/2020) und 01.01.428 (Druckrohleitung, Stand 06/2021) sowie die Vorplanungsergebnisse zur  Grundwasserabsenkung (Stand 03/2021) werden dem AN für seine Angebotskalkulation zur  Verfügung gestellt.

Die Leistungen werden in die nachfolgenden Honorarzonen nach Objektlisten der HOAI 2021 eingeordnet: - Los 1: Teilprojekt 01.01.427 / 428 - Pumpwerk Hummelheim Neubau PW und Druckleitung Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß Anlage 12, Nr. 12.2: Honorarzone III - Gruppe 2 Bauwerke und Anlagen der Abwasserentsorgung.  Die Lose 2 und 3 wurden bereits vergeben. Sie werden in den Vergabeunterlagen ausschließlich zu Informationszwecken aufgeführt und sind nicht Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens.
