Das Ziel des Bauvorhabens ist der vollständige Abbruch der Bestandsbauten bis zur Oberkante der Bodenplatten exkl. der statisch relevanten Bauteile zur Nachbarbebauung. Der Rückbau des Gebäudes ist dabei unter Einhaltung der Bestimmungen in der Abbruchanzeige der Stadt Bonn umzusetzen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Rückbauplanungen liegen keine Angaben bzw. Planungsunterlagen zum geplanten Neubau nebst zugehöriger Tragwerksplanung vor.
