Die Stadt Pasewalk beabsichtigt, die Planungsleistungen für den Umbau, die Erweiterung und die Sanierung der Europaschule Arnold-Zweig in mehreren Losen auszuschreiben.
Es sollen folgende Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden:
\- Verlegung der Büros und Lehrerzimmer aus dem Unterrichtsgebäude zur Schaffung von 4 weiteren Unterrichtsräumen a. 50 m² mittels Fluranbau auf der Nordseite vom Westflügel
\- Schaffung von Personal-WC-Räumen im Neubau
\- Sanierung der Schüler-WC-Räume im Bestand
\- Austausch von Heizkörpern im Bestandsgebäude
\- Fassadensanierung
\- Dachsanierung
\- Erneuerung der Fensteranlagen
\- LED-Beleuchtung, Schallschutz, Maler- und Bodenbelagsarbeiten in den Fluren, Treppenhäusern und unsanierten Fach- und Klassenräumen
\- Erneuerung der Nutzungsspezifischen Anlagen in den Fachräumen (z.B. Gasversorgung Chemieraum)
\- 2-geschoßiger Neubau mit einer Aula ca. 180 m² sowie weiteren Räumen für Personal, Schulbibliothek und/oder Schulsozialarbeit

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen für die Planung der Technischen Ausrüstung in den ALG 1, 2, 3 und 7 (§ 53 ff. HOAI).

Die zu vergebenden Leistungen bestehen aus:
