### From the notice

Die Außenstelle der Klaus-Groth-Schule im Ortsteil Schobüll (kurz Bornschool, nach der ursprünglichen Namensgebung) wird als einzügige Grundschule genutzt. Das Gebäude wurde 1962 errichtet und vom Husumer Architekten H.J. Feddersen für die damals noch selbstständige Gemeinde Schobüll geplant. 1992 wurde das Umkleidehaus (B. Nehls aus Schobüll) geplant. 2006 wurde das bisher geltende Brandschutzkonzept erstellt und daraufhin eine Außentreppe aus Stahl angebaut (Architekturbüro Reichardt & Bahnsen, Husum).

Nun werden Umbaumaßnahmen für die "Offene Ganztagsschule" (OGTS) erforderlich, da ab August 2026 und damit ab dem Schuljahr 2026/27 im Land Schleswig-Holstein alle Kinder der ersten Jahrgangsstufe an Grundschulen einen Anspruch auf ganztägige Bildung und Betreuung haben. In den Folgejahren wird der Anspruch schrittweise auf die Jahrgangsstufen 2 bis 4 erweitert, so dass ab dem Schuljahr 2029/30 allen Kindern der ersten bis vierten Jahrgangsstufen der Rechtsanspruch zusteht.
Zur Bereitstellung der Plätze in der Außenstelle der Klaus-Groth-Schule in Schobüll sind
bauliche Maßnahmen am bestehenden Bauwerk erforderlich.
