Beschaffung, Implementierung und Einführung eines integrierten Cloud-LIMS (native SaaS) für ein akkreditiertes Auftragslabor im Kritis-Sektor Wasser

Die akkreditierten Labore der Berliner Wasserbetriebe sind spezialisiert auf physikalische, physikalisch-chemische, chemische, biologische sowie mikrobiologische Untersuchungen von Trinkwasser, Abwasser, Schlamm und Gasen. Schwerpunkte der Tätigkeitsfelder sind die technologiebegleitende Analytik,  Beratung von betriebsin- und externen Kunden sowie behördliche Berichtspflichten und  Kommunikation.

Das bestehende Labor-Informations- und Managementsystem (LIMS) soll durch ein modernes, zukunftsfähiges LIMS ersetzt werden. Das neue System soll alle Laborprozesse digitalisieren, eine zentrale und transparente Datenverwaltung ermöglichen und verschiedene interne sowie externe Analyse- und Quell- und Berichtssysteme standardisiert integrieren. Es zeichnet sich durch flexibles Management von Aufträgen, Proben und Daten aus und bietet schnelle Analysen sowie einfache  Anpassungsfähigkeit an neue Anforderungen. Durch Automatisierung, künstliche Intelligenz und eine intuitive Benutzeroberfläche wird die Effizienz gesteigert und die Fehlerquote reduziert.

Höchste Sicherheitsstandards für alle Daten sowie für interne und externe Schnittstellen sind gewährleistet, einschließlich der reibungslosen Einhaltung aller KRITIS-Anforderungen und der Akkreditierungsfähigkeit nach DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. 

Das LIMS soll die digitale Transformation des Labors vorantreiben und höchste Standards in Bezug auf Datenintegrität, Sicherheit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit gewährleisten.
