Das Hauptgebäude der Uniklinik RWTH Aachen verfügt über 24
notwendige Treppenhäuser
mit Vorräumen und Aufzügen. Am 23.12.1996 ist ein Brand in einem Elektroschacht in
der Nähe des Treppenhauses C3 ausgebrochen. Dieses Brandereignis zeigte gravierende
Schwächen im bisherigen Sicherheitskonzept für die Rauchfreihaltung und Entrauchung
der Treppenhäuser auf. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen wurde das Sicherheitskonzept der
Treppenhäuser einschließlich Schleusen überarbeitet und mit der Umbauplanung der
Sicherheitslüftung
für die Treppenhauskerne begonnen. Gemäß der damaligen brandschutztechnischen
Stellungnahme
sollten die vorhandenen Druckbelüftungsanlagen der Treppenhauskerne durch
Spüllüftungsanlagen
ersetzt werden. Im Rahmen des Bauvorhabens "Umbau Sicherheitslüftung der 24
Treppenhäuser
des UBFT", genehmigt durch Zustimmung gemäß § 80 BauO NW, erteilt durch die
Bezirksregierung
Köln am 23.04.2003 unter Berücksichtigung der dazugehörenden Ergänzungen und
Abnahmen,
wurden bis 2010 die Sicherheitslüftungsanlagen für 13 der 24 Treppenhauskerne
umgebaut.
Aufgrund eines Wechsels bezüglich der bauaufsichtlichen Zuständigkeit war das
Fortführen
des genehmigten Bauvorhabens formell jedoch nicht möglich.

### Lot LOT-0001: Projektsteuerung für die Spüllüftungsanlagen in den Treppenhäusern

Gegenstand dieses VgV-Vergabeverfahrens sind die erforderlichen
Leistungen der "Projektsteuerung
und allgemeine Beratung" gem. Beschreibung der Leistungen in der
"Projektbeschreibung"
Anlage 07 Seiten 7-8. Sobald die Bauphase beginnt, ist eine Präsenz von bis zu drei Tagen in der Woche vor Ort erforderlich, da die komplexen Maßnahmen, insbesondere in der Inbetriebnahmephase, von Seiten der Projektsteuerung eng begleitet werden müssen. Bei der Uniklinik Aachen können bei Bedarf Räume angemietet werden. Vom Auftragnehmer wird gefordert, die internetbasierte Plattform
Conclude/CDE nach den Anforderungen des AG mit Projektleiterrechten zu verwenden.

Es ist eine Komplettbeauftragung über alle
Leistungen vorgesehen. Weitere Angaben
