Das technische Konzept sieht eine FTTB Netzinfrastruktur vor, die eine hundertprozentige Erschließung aller Haushalte und Gewerbetreibenden im Ausbaugebiet sicherstellen soll. Hierfür sind Aufgrabungen und die Verlegung von Rohrmaterialien in offener Bauweise in Trassen, grabenlose Rohrverlegearbeiten sowie das Aufstellen von passiver Infrastruktur, setzen von Schächten, Kabelschränken, der Einzug und die Montage von LWL-Kabeln notwendig.
