Der Einsatzbereich liegt in der Anstellfläche vor der Grenzkontrolle Einreise B-Mitte inklusive der vorgelagerten EES Kiosk Flächen West und Ost. Der Bereich befindet sich im luftsicherheitskontrollierten Bereich (Critical Part). Die Lösung soll die operative Lagebeurteilung, saisonale Planung, Prognose und eine mögliche Lastverteilung auf andere Grenzkontrollen unterstützen. Mit der Beschaffung werden folgende Ziele verfolgt: ● Objektive und zeitnahe Erfassung von Passagierzuflüssen, -abflüssen, Belegung und Wartezeiten. ● Transparenz über die Nutzung der EES-Kioske und der vorgelagerten Anstellflächen. ● Frühzeitiges Erkennen definierter Überlastungssituationen und Auslösen adressatengerechter Warnungen. ● Bereitstellung historischer Daten, Bewegungshistorien und Heatmaps für Planung, Prozessverbesserung und mögliche Lastverteilung auf andere Grenzkontrollen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: ● Bestandsaufnahme, Ortsbegehung und Ausführungsplanung einschließlich Coverage-/Sichtfeldanalyse und Kollisionsprüfung. ● Lieferung aller Sensoren, Halterungen, Edge-/Gateway-Komponenten, Lizenzen und sonstigen für die vollständige Funktion notwendigen Komponenten. ● Konfiguration, Kalibrierung und Dokumentation. ● Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Dashboard, Rollen, Alarmen, Berichten, Datenexporten und Schnittstellen. ● Durchführung und Dokumentation von FAT, SAT, Integrations-, Last-, Datenschutz-/Security- und Abnahmetests. ● Produktivsetzung, Stabilisierungsphase, Schulung und Übergabe an Betrieb und Support. ● Präventive und korrektive Wartung, Monitoring, Ersatzteilversorgung, Updates, Support, Reporting und Exit-/Transition-Leistungen. ● Montage, Verkabelung bzw.
