### Lot LOT-0001: Bereitstellung von Mobilfunkdiensten und mobilen Endgeräten im Mietmodell (DaaS)

Bereitgestellt werden zunächst ca. 320 Mobilfunkanschlüsse nebst fabrikneuen mobilen Endgeräten (Apple iPhone nebst Zubehör) für eine Grundlaufzeit von 36 Monaten. Der Auftraggeber ist berechtigt, die Menge während der Vertragslaufzeit zu erhöhen. Daneben bestehen Optionen zur zweimaligen Verlängerung der Laufzeit um jeweils zwölf Monate.  Der Vertrag wird als Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem einzigen Unternehmen geschlossen. Die Höchstmenge der insgesamt abrufbaren Mobilfunkanschlüsse nebst Mietgeräten beträgt bis zu 450 Anschlüsse nebst Mietgeräten. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung entspricht dem auf die Höchstmenge entfallenden Entgelt einschließlich optionaler Leistungen. Mit Erreichen der Höchst-menge bzw. des Höchstwerts ist die Rahmenvereinbarung erschöpft und entfaltet keine Wirkung mehr.  Der Auftragnehmer erbringt sämtliche Leistungen des Gerätelebenszyklus von der Bestellung über Rollout, Betrieb, Störungs- und Austauschmanagement bis zur Rücknahme mit zertifizierter Datenlöschung (BSI-Vorgaben bzw. NIST SP 800-88) und Wiedervermarktung sowie die zugehörigen Mobilfunkleistungen (Telefonie-, SMS- und Datendienste einschließlich Roaming) und stellt ein webbasiertes Vertrags- und Assetmanagement-Portal bereit.  Sämtliche Endgeräte müssen für die Einbindung in Apple Business Manager / Automated Device Enrollment geeignet sein und werden über die MDM-Umgebung des Auftraggebers (Microsoft Intune) verwaltet.  Weitere Angaben und Informationen sind den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere dem Leistungsverzeichnis, zu entnehmen. Das Leistungsverzeichnis dient im Zuge des Teilnahmewettbewerbs zu-nächst der Information der Bewerber. Nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbs werden die aus-gewählten Bieter zur Abgabe eines Angebotes aufgefordert. Hierzu werden gesonderte Verfahrensnachrichten erfolgen.
