Dieses umfasst einige Ausstattungsszenarien des späteren Haus des Wissens und soll zum Enabling der Nutzenden beitragen sowie wesentliche Entwicklungsprozesse auf Seite der Nutzerinstituationen bereits vorgezogen vor Einrichtung und Fertigstellung des HdW ermöglichen.
