In jedem Geschoss ab dem Erdgeschoss befinden sich Dusch- und Waschbereiche, sowie Teeküchen. Im Kellergeschoss sind hauptsächlich Lager- und Technikräume vorhanden. Der Auftrag umfasst die Planung der Anpassung der Gebäudeautomation nach Austausch der Wärmeerzeugeranlage. Leistungen KG 480: Die bestehende Wärmeerzeugeranlage ist zu demontieren, demzufolge die Regelkomponenten der bestehenden Anlage. Die Neuinstallation beinhaltet die Installation der Automationssysteme mit Leistungs-, Steuerungs- und Sicherungsbaugruppen einschl. Verkabelungen zwischen Feldgeräten und Schaltschrank ISP 01 (Heizung). Trinkwasser- und Wärmemengenzähler mit M-Busschnittstelle sind einzuplanen. Grundlage der zu erbringenden Leistungen durch den Auftragnehmer sind die allgemeinen und spezifischen Leistungspflichten nach RBBau. Die Beauftragung erfolgt in Leistungsstufen. Die Leistungen werden nach derzeitigem Planungsstand in die Honorarzone III eingestuft. Für die Umsetzung der Planungen sind die Richtlinien für die Durchführung von Bauaufgaben des Bundes (RBBau) und die allgemein geltenden Regelwerke der Bundeswehr in der jeweils geltenden Fassung zu berücksichtigen. Diese sind in der Fachinformation Bundesbau (FIB) einzusehen, im Internet unter www.fib-bund.de Allgemeine Angaben Bauordnungsrecht Die Baumaßnahme erfolgt außerhalb einer bereits genutzten Liegenschaft der Bundeswehr. Die Beschaffung zusätzlicher Flächen ist nicht erforderlich. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich im Eigentum der Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA). Das Bauvorhaben dient der Landesverteidigung. Das Verfahren richtet sich nach § 77 der Brandenburgischen Bauordnung (BbgBO).
