Die tatsächlichen während der Vertragslaufzeit erfolgenden Beauftragungen können hinsichtlich der in einem Fachlos enthaltenen Bedarfsmengen der jeweiligen Versorgungsnummern abweichen. Die Obergrenze für den jeweiligen Auftrag bildet in jedem Fall die in dem betreffenden Fachlos zusammengefasste Gesamtmenge (Schätzbedarf + Sicherheitszuschlag). Eine Verpflichtung des AG, Einzelaufträge zu erteilen, wird durch diesen Vertrag nicht begründet. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung frühestens ab dem 01.01.2027 und endet nach 4 Jahren.
