### Lot LOT-0001: Ersatzneubau einer Mittelspannungsschaltanlage einschließlich Neubau eines Betriebsgebäudes

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist der Ersatzneubau eines Betriebsgebäudes einschließlich einer 10-kV-Mittelspannungsschaltanlage für das Umspannwerk 1 der Stadtwerke Velbert. Die Vergabe erfolgt als funktionale Generalübernehmerleistung mit Systemverantwortung des Auftragnehmers.   Der Auftrag umfasst die vollständige Objekt-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung sowie die schlüsselfertige Lieferung, Errichtung, Montage, Prüfung, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumen-tation einer vollständigen, funktionsfähigen und abnahmefähigen Gesamtanlage.   Hierzu gehören insbesondere das Betriebsgebäude mit den erforderlichen technischen Ne-benräumen, der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung und den Außenanlagen, die 10-kV-Mittelspannungsschaltanlage einschließlich der Schutz-, Steuer-, Leit-, Fernwirk-, Kommuni-kations-, Eigenbedarfs- und Nebenanlagen, sämtliche erforderlichen Erd-, Tiefbau-, Grün-dungs-, Kabelbau- und Montageleistungen sowie die Herstellung der Erdungs-, Potentialaus-gleichs-, Kabel- und sonstigen Infrastrukturanlagen.   Ebenfalls umfasst ist die vollständige Einbindung der neuen Gesamtanlage in das bestehen-de Mittelspannungsnetz sowie in die vorhandenen Schutz-, Steuer-, Fernwirk-, Kommunikati-ons- und Nebenanlagen.   Der Auftragnehmer trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Koordination und Ausführung sämtlicher Leistungen einschließlich aller technischen, baulichen, betrieblichen und organisa-torischen Schnittstellen bis zur betriebsbereiten und abnahmefähigen Gesamtanlage.  Die Auftraggeberin weist darauf hin, dass die ungeschwärzte Fassung der Leistungsbe-schreibung der Vertraulichkeit unterliegt. Die ungeschwärzte Fassung der Leistungsbeschrei-bung wird erst in der Angebotsphase denjenigen Bietern zur Verfügung gestellt, die zur Ab-gabe eines Angebotes aufgefordert wurden.
