The unit is the opportunity: one procurement procedure, however many notice versions or corrections it has. It counts on its first publication day, the earliest publication date of its notices from published sources, as a Europe/Berlin calendar date. Opportunities whose notices state no publication date are not in these counts.

The CPV division is the first two digits of the main CPV code (the first code the notice names), and the Bundesland the first three characters of the first NUTS code of a place in Germany. An opportunity with several topics counts once per topic.

Published values sum the estimated values the notices state, in euros and excluding VAT; values of 0 or less count as none. Open now counts the opportunities whose status is open today. Topics come from Inteliwert’s scheme topics-v1.
