Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vermietung von 9 Einzel-Flächen für Convenience-Shops, die in einem Gesamt-Paket an einen Einzelhändler / Konzessionsnehmer auf eigenes wirtschaftliches Risiko vermietet werden (Konzession). Der Mietvertrag wird u.a. Betriebspflichten und Sortimentsbindungen vorsehen. Vertragsbeginn mit Zuschlagserteilung und Beginn der Leistungserbringung für die erste Mietfläche ist spätestens der 01.01.2028. Der Vertrag endet für alle Flächen am 31.12.2039.
