Für den Neubau eines zentralen Waffenkammergebäudes in der Burgwald Kaserne in Frankenberg (Eder) ist die Vergabe einer Generalplanerleistung vorgesehen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Objektplanung Gebäude, Freianlagen und Ingenieurbauwerke sowie die Fachplanungen Tragwerksplanung, Technische Ausrüstung (Anlagengruppe 1 bis 5 und 8), Thermische Bauphysik und Brandschutz. Gegenstand der Beauftragung sind die Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9, sowie Teilleistungen der Leistungsphase 3. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise und umfasst zunächst die Leistungsphase 5 sowie die Teilleistungen und besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphase 3. Eine verbindliche Entwurfsplanung einschließlich vorliegender Baugenehmigung im Kenntnisgabeverfahren bildet die Grundlage der weiteren Beauftragung. Die Einarbeitung in die bestehenden Unterlagen ist ebenfalls als besondere Leistung zu erbringen.
