Die Gemeinde Gräfelfing beabsichtigt die Generalsanierung des Feuerwehrgerätehauses in der Würmstraße 5, 82166 Gräfelfing. Da das Feuerwehrgerätehaus während der gesamten Bauausführung ganz oder teilweise in Betrieb bleiben muss, um die Einsatzbereitschaft der Feuerwehr dauerhaft sicherzustellen, sind bei der Planung und Bauüberwachung besondere Anforderungen an die Koordination und das Betriebsfortführungsmanagement zu berücksichtigen. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8. Hinzu kommen besondere Leistungen, insbesondere im Bereich des Planlauf-, Betriebsfortführungs-, Termin-, Kosten-, Nachtrags-, Risiko-, Schnittstellen-, Dokumentations-, Inbetriebnahme- und Mängelmanagements. Optional können Leistungen der Leistungsphase 9 (Objektbetreuung) sowie weitere besondere Leistungen beauftragt werden.
