  1. Lot LOT-0001: Projektsteuerungsleistungen - Grundschule Melle-Buer

    Gegenstand des Auftrags sind vorliegend Projektsteuerungsleistungen nach Maßgabe des Leistungsbildes der Projektsteuerung gemäß AHO-Fachkommission für die Projekt-stufen 1 - 5 (Stand: März 2020). Durch den Auftragnehmer ist ein Projektkommunikationssystem einzurichten und zu be-treiben. Der Auftraggeber ist bei der Auswahl des Projektkommunikationssystems zu un-terstützen. Der Auftraggeber beauftragt zunächst nur die Stufe 1 gemäß AHO und behält sich vor, die weiteren Stufen im Einzelnen oder im Ganzen weiter zu beauftragen. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf weitere Beauftragung, noch können daraus sonstige vertragliche Verpflich-tungen für den Auftraggeber entstehen. Der Auftragnehmer ist im Falle des Abrufs verpflichtet, die Leistungen, ggfs. auch stufenweise bzw. im Einzelnen oder im Ganzen, zu erbringen.
