Lot LOT-0001: GDRM Lampertheim (Mess- und Analysetechnik)
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Werkplanung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und betriebsbereite Übergabe der für den Neubau der GDRM-Anlage Lampertheim 5 erforderlichen Anlagen und Systeme. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Messanlagen, die Gasanalyse, die Heizgasaufbereitung für die Kesselanlage sowie die gesamte Elektro-, Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik (EMSR). Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere: - die vollständige EMSR-Technik einschließlich Werkplanung, Koordination, Prüfungen und Abnahmen, - die Lieferung und Errichtung der Niederspannungsanlage, der USV-Anlage sowie aller erforderlichen Energie- und Signalkabel, - die Ausführung der Brandmelde- und Gaswarnanlage, - die Herstellung sämtlicher Kabeltragsysteme, Kabeldurchführungen sowie der Erdungs- und Blitzschutzanlage, - die technische Gebäudeausrüstung, insbesondere Beleuchtungs- und Steckdoseninstallationen, - die Lieferung und Montage von fünf Messstrecken, jeweils bestehend aus zwei Ultra-schallgaszählern, Wärmeübertrager und Regelventil; die Aufstellung erfolgt in einem bauseits bereitgestellten Gebäude, - die Lieferung und Montage der Analysentechnik einschließlich Prozessgaschromatograph (PGC), Auswertetechnik und Einhausung in einem Analysecontainer, - die Lieferung und Montage der Heizgasaufbereitung einschließlich Vorwärmung, Regelventilen und eichpflichtiger Messung sowie sämtlicher Druckregelanlagen gemäß DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 491; die Aufstellung erfolgt im Messgebäude. Die Gesamtanlage ist als funktionsfähige, betriebsbereite und in sich geschlossene Einheit zu planen, zu liefern, zu montieren und in Betrieb zu nehmen.
