Die zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen Lieferung, Montage und Softwarepflege des Systems. Ebenso gehört die Projektabwicklung und -leitung zu den zentralen Aufgaben des AN. Die Lieferung, der Aufbau und die Inbetriebnahme des Parkleitsystems sowie die Umsetzung, Implementierung und Anpassung der Steuerlogik sind Bestandteil der vorliegenden Ausschreibung. Die notwendigen Tiefbauarbeiten sind nicht Bestandteil der Ausschreibung. Diese werden in enger Abstimmung mit dem AG durchgeführt. Die Netzanschlüsse sind bauseits zu erbringen.

Lot LOT-0001: Realisierung eines dynamischen Parkleitsystems in der Gemeinde Grömitz
Der Lieferant des Parkleitsystems ist hauptverantwortlich für die gesamte Baumaßnahme. Er veranlasst und koordiniert regelmäßige Besprechungen, zu denen die jeweils Beteiligten geladen werden. Er hat Besprechungsprotokolle zu fertigen und an alle Beteiligten unverzüglich zu verschicken. Dies ist in die Einheitspreise einzurechnen. Kosten für Besprechungen werden nicht gesondert vergütet. Die Gesamtleistungen, incl. Probebetrieb müssen bis zum 15.04.2027 erbracht sein. Weitere 2 Wochen wird das System dann im Normalbetrieb laufen. Anschließend kann die Abnahme durchgeführt werden. Sollte sich der vorgegebene Fertigstellungstermin nicht realisieren lassen, hat der AN rechtzeitig auf diesen Umstand hinzuweisen.
