  1. Lot LOT-0001: MSR Technik

    a) Für die Sanierung der Patientenzimmer und Bettenstationen im 1. bis 3. Obergeschoss des Artemed Klinikums München Süd werden Mess-, Steuerungs-, und Regelungstechnikarbeiten (MSRTechnik) beschafft. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: 800 Datenpunkte; Demontage und Rückbauarbeiten. b) Für das Vorhaben wurde zum Zwecke der Verkürzung der Angebotsfrist gemäß § 12 EU Abs. 1 Nr. 2 VOB/A eine Vorinformation im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) unter der Veröffentlichungsnummer 566614-2026 am 17. August 2026 veröffentlicht. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind die in der Vorinformation unter Ziffer 5.1. Los: LOT-0013 bezeichneten Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnikarbeiten (MSR-Technik). c) Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, im Rahmen der umfassenden Sanierung der Patientenzimmer und Bettenstationen im 1. bis 3. Obergeschoss des Artemed Klinikums München Süd mehrere Bauaufträge verschiedener Gewerke zu vergeben. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Modernisierung der baulichen und technischen Infrastruktur sowie die nachhaltige Verbesserung des Patientenkomforts und der Funktionalität der Stationen. Die auszuführenden Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Sanierung der Patientenzimmer einschließlich der Oberflächen und Sanitärbereiche, die Erneuerung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung - insbesondere der Elektro, Beleuchtungs-, IT und medizintechnischen Infrastruktur - sowie die Umsetzung der erforderlichen Brandschutz- und hygienetechnischen Maßnahmen. Die Bauleistungen werden abschnittsweise unter Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Krankenhausbetriebs ausgeführt. Hieraus ergeben sich besondere Anforderungen an die Bauablaufplanung sowie an den Lärm, Staub und Infektionsschutz während der Bauausführung.
