    Neubau des Stadions Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark Berlin 2. Bauabschnitt. Es ist vorgesehen, die LP5-LP9 durch einen Generalunternehmer mit Planungsanteilen separat zu vergeben. Die hier betreffende Leistung ist das GU-Controlling im Rahmen des Neubaus des Stadions, welches der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kosten, Termine und Qualitätszielen über alle Projektphasen von der Planung bis zur Gewährleistung dient. Es umfasst die systematische Prüfung, Überwachung, Dokumentation und Beratung auf Basis der vertraglichen und technischen Vorgaben in enger Abstimmung mit Auftraggeber und Projektsteuerung. Zu den wesentlichen Leistungen zählen die Einarbeitung in sämtliche Projektunterlagen, die Prüfung und Bewertung der Ausführungsplanung, die kontinuierliche Qualitäts- und Fortschrittskontrolle in der Bauausführung mittels Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Baubegehungen, die frühzeitige Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Mängeln, die Prüfung von Rechnungen und Nachträgen sowie die Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Projektdokumentation. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das GU-Controlling die Mitwirkung bei Abnahmeprozessen einschließlich Abnahmeempfehlung, ein strukturiertes Mängelmanagement sowie die fachliche Begleitung während der Gewährleistungsphase bis hin zur abschließenden Bewertung und Freigabe von Sicherheiten.
