Er muss den Betrieb mit hochkorrosiven Medien, etwa heißer Schwefelsäure, bei Betriebstemperaturen bis 200 °C sowie in explosionsfähiger Atmosphäre ermöglichen. Die weiteren Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Unterlage 02 "Kurzbeschreibung des Beschaffungsgegenstands". Leistungsort ist das Werksgelände Andritz Schuler - Wareneingang, Sauerbrunnenstraße 6, 73033 Göppingen. Die Unterlage 02 "Kurzbeschreibung des Beschaffungsgegenstands" beschreibt den Beschaffungsgegenstand und legt die technischen Mindestanforderungen fest. Die Mindestanforderungen sind verbindlich und nicht Gegenstand der Verhandlungen. Die Unterlage 03 "Vertragliche Eckpunkte" gibt den vorgesehenen Stand der vertraglichen Regelungen wieder. Die vollständige Leistungsbeschreibung, den Vertragsentwurf, das Preisblatt und die Angebotsbewertungsmatrix erhalten die Bieter mit der Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe.
