Lot LOT-0000: Grundinstandsetzung Nordmole Hafen List auf Sylt
Bei Bauwerkskontrollen des Hafens List auf Sylt wurden über und unter Wasser Schäden an Bauteilen und Bauwerken festgestellt. Ein entsprechendes Gutachten von 2025 liegt vor. Betroffen sind im Hafen die Bereiche Nordmole, Westkaje, Südwestmole, Südmole und Südostmole. Bei den Schäden handelt es sich im Wesentlichen um: Durchrostungen von Spundwänden in unterschiedlichem Ausmaß und Schadensklassen, Risse in Gussasphaltabdeckung und Pflaster, Schäden an Asphalt-Deckwerk, Risse im Spritzbetonauftrag von Stahlbetonträgern und –pfählen, Schäden an Reibepfählen, Steigeleitern, Geländern und Stahlholmen, Betonschäden an Treppen, Versprödetem Fugenverguß in Betonböschung. Die Schäden an der Nordmolenspundwand haben in den letzten beiden Jahren gravierend zugenommen, durch die weitgehende Durchrostung der Nordostspundwand und die Zerstörung des Deckwerks unter der Nordmole ist eine umgehende und vollständige Instandsetzung dieses Bereiches zwingend notwendig. Die Kosten der Kostengruppen 300-700 wurden auf ca. 3,5 Mio. € netto geschätzt. Zu diesem Zweck werden Planungsbüros zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb aufgefordert, die das Leistungsbild Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gem. HOAI abdecken, und in der Vergangenheit ähnliche Maßnahmen verwirklicht haben. Es sollen die Leistungsphasen 1-9 bearbeitet werden. Die Beauftragung wird stufenweise erfolgen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, aus den vorgenannten Leistungsbildern nur einen Teil der Grundleistungen zu vergeben.
