Der Landkreis Bodenseekreis führt laufend diverse Sanierungsmaßnahmen am Berufsschulzentrum Friedrichshafen durch. Das Berufsschulzentrum wurde zu Beginn der 80er Jahre geplant, gebaut und 1984 eingeweiht. Neben dem Hauptgebäude, bestehend aus den drei beruflichen Schularten und dem sogenannten Zentralgebäude, wurde zeitgleich ein Werkstattgebäude, sowie eine Sporthalle mit Sportstadion errichtet. 2019 wurde das Schulareal um den Erweiterungsbau und dem KFZ-Pavillon erweitert. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beauftragung von Planungsleistungen für die Technische Ausrüstung der Elektroplanung für die Errichtung einer Photovoltaikanlage auf den neuen Shedoberlichter des Werkstattgebäudes.

Lot LOT-0001: Fachplanungsleistungen für die Technische Ausrüstung ELT für die Errichtung einer Photovoltaikanlage
Vorgesehen sind folgende Maßnahmen: Planung und Errichtung einer Photovoltaikanlage mit Stromspeicher. Voraussichtliche Leistung PV-Anlage: ca. 440 kWp voraussichtliche Leistung Stromspeicher: ca. 455 kWh Der Landkreis Bodenseekreis geht nach derzeitiger Vorplanung von vorläufigen Gesamtkosten in Höhe von insgesamt rund EUR 751 TSD. € netto (KG 400) aus. Folgender Leistungsumfang soll beauftragt werden: Grundleistungen für die Fachplanung der technischen Ausrüstung in den Anlagengruppen 1.3.4 nach § 53 HOAI i.V.m. gemäß dem Leistungsbild nach Simmendinger Tabelle (siehe Anlage) in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Es ist eine stufenweise und abschnittsweise Beauftragung beabsichtigt, ein Anspruch auf Weiterbeauftragung besteht grundsätzlich nicht.
