Das Berufsschulzentrum in Neubrandenburg RBB Neubrandenburg GeSoTec verfügt über einen Schulcampus mit verschiedenen Gebäuden in der Sponholzer Straße. Haus B ist ein in industrieller Bauweise errichtetes Schulgebäude (DDR Typenprojekt, Wandbauweise WBS 70), 3geschossig mit Flachdach und wurde zu Beginn der 2010er Jahre umfassend saniert. Das Gebäude Haus B wird unter Berücksichtigung folgender Aspekte erweitert: - Erweiterung des Schulgebäudes mit Foyerflächen, Cafeteria und Ausgabeküche, mit 4 Unterrichtsräumen sowie 2 Gruppenräumen - Herstellen der barrierefreien Erschließung des Gebäudes (Anbau Aufzug über alle Geschosse) - Überprüfen und Ergänzen notwendiger sanitärer Anlagen inklusive Herstellens eines barrierefreien WC Die nachfolgend genannten wesentlichen Leistungen wurden im vorliegenden Los vergeben: - Innenputz Kalk-Zement ca. 850m2 - Abschluss- und Kantenprofile ca. 500m - 160mm WDVS ca. 180m2 - Außenfensterbänke 12 Stück
