Die Stadt Bargteheide beabsichtigt einen neuen Wasserkonzessionsvertrag ab dem 01.10.2026 abzuschließen. Daher gibt die Konzessionsgeberin hiermit das Auslaufen des Altvertrages mit dem bisherigen Konzessionär zum 30.09.2026 bekannt und fordert Wasserversorgungsunternehmen, die am Abschluss eines Wasserkonzessionsvertrages interessiert sind auf, sich an dem Verfahren um die Wasserkonzession zu beteiligen.

Lot LOT-0001: Wasserkonzession Stadt Bargteheide
Die Stadt Bargteheide ist eine Stadt im Kreis Stormarn in Schleswig-Holstein. Die Stadt hat eine Fläche von ca. 15,82 km² und 16.245 Einwohner (Stand Dez. 2024). Sie sucht einen Vertragspartner, der für das Stadtgebiet ein Wasserversorgungsnetz unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden rechtlichen Bestimmungen und Vorschriften bereitstellt und betreibt. Das Wasserversorgungsnetz umfasst derzeit ca. 4.250 Trinkwasserhausanschlüsse. Die Anlage 01 enthält weitere Infos zum Versorgungsgebiet inkl. einer Übersicht der Hydranten. Des Weiteren sind folgende Entwicklungen in den nächsten Jahren im Stadtgebiet geplant: - Mehrere Neubaugebiete (mit jeweils 200-300 Wohneinheiten) - Innerstädtische Nachverdichtung - Erweiterung des Gewerbegebietes im Osten der Stadt Bargteheide
